Scope of Work
The Contractor shall provide the following equipment as requested for the Cradles of the
Malongo 2, 3 and 4, Futila Cradles, and Sanha Tandem Gas:
• Floating hose by single-shell tanker rail
• Single-cased floating tail hose
• Double casing first float outlet hose
• Floating hose of main line double housing reducer
• PLEM submarine hose and multi-neck double shell sub-float located
• Double casing main line floating hose
• Multi-neck double-shell mainline subsea hose located
• Single Frame Underwater Hose by Main Line, PLEM, and Tanker Rail Sanha Tandem Gas
• Single Hose FPSO First Outlet Hose
• Single Hose Hose FPSO Second Outlet
• Single Frame Main Line Floating Hose
• Single-cased floating tail hose
• Floating hose by single-shell tanker rail
• Floating part “Y”
The Contractor shall provide engineering analysis to ensure that the cargo hoses of the Company meet or exceed the compliance requirements of the International Organization for Standardization (ISO), OCIMF Guide for Manufacturing and Buying Offshore Mooring Hoses (2009), and Chevron specifications for hoses for offshore moorings.
