Description : The purpose of this Tender is to request proposals for:1. Managed Service (Lot 1), 2. 24/7 remote technical support (Lot 2)from the prospective Vendors whose employees or consultants are experienced and have sufficient knowledge in the technology underlying IFAD Client Portal (ICP). An overview of ICP, its functionality, user-base, infrastructure and software architecture are provided in Section `About ICP`, whereas the requirements of the tender are detailed in Sections Lot 1 and Lot 2 of this document. A detailed description of the infrastructure and software architecture can be found in Appendix 1 and 2. According to interest, prospective Contractors can submit proposals for any of the combined lots or only for one of them.
