Description : The United Nations Global Service Centre (UNGSC) requires the provision, installation of software, hardware, and related support services for the UNICTF, Valencia (Spain), to be integrated into the Field Remote Infrastructure Monitoring (FRIM) system. FRIM is SCADA platforms that gather and analyze real-time data based on OSIsoft PI System Software and SQL Server. The UNGSC requires the following: 1) LoRa WAN software, with following details: • Lora Wan Software with 5000 tags abd 100 End Nodes or gateways; • Configuration of the software into FRIM; • Deployment of the software in two geographical sites (on-site at the UNICTF, Valencia (Spain) and remotely at the UNGSC, Brindisi (Italy) • One-year software maintenance; • Provision of technical remote support services within next working days after the call; • Provision of two days technical training at UNICTF premises 2) Industrial Security Control System, as detailed below: • Hardware that includes gateway, central server or orchestrator, client software and orchestrator software; • Configuration of the software into FRIM; • One-year warranty on product and procedures; • Provision of technical remote support services within next working days after the call; • Provision of five days technical training at UNICTF premises Full technical requirements and administrative instructions will be provided with a solicitation document to be issued at a later stage after the closing date for this EOI.
