Danish Refugee Council (Representation of Danish Refugee Council in Ukraine) requests you to submit price bid(s) for the supply of service(s) listed on the attached DRC Bid Forms - Annex D “Commercial offer. Technical part” and Annex E “Commercial offer. Financial part”.

I. IMPORTANT INFORMATION REGARDING THIS ITB:
• This ITB is launched for the purpose of establishing a contract for the provision of logistics services (organization of events, accommodation of participants of events, hotel reservations, airline tickets, etc.).
• A service contract will be awarded to one company for one year with the possibility of extension.

• This tender is not divided into lots.
• DRC may choose to cancel the agreement if deemed necessary.
• The prices for services should be fixed during the whole term of the contract. DRC may terminate the contract or impose fines if the supplier can not provide services under the terms of the contract.
• Payment for services is carried out after their actual provision.
II. SELECTION AND AWARD CRITERIA
This tender will be awarded to the lowest cost technically compliant bid. The technical evaluation criteria are as per the specifications stated in Annex D “Commercial offer. Technical part “ and Annex B “Qualification of the Bidder”. They include the assessment of the proposed shelter materials and capacity of the Bidder.

A. Administrative Evaluation
A bid shall pass the administrative evaluation stage before being considered for technical and financial evaluation. Bids that are deemed administratively non-compliant may be rejected. Documents listed in the table below shall be submitted with your bid.
