The Department of Information and Communications Technology - Region I, through the Special Account in the General Fund - Free Public Internet Access Program, intends to apply the sum of EIGHTEEN MILLION TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY FIVE THOUSAND TWO HUNDRED EIGHTY EIGHT PESOS AND NINETY EIGHT CENTAVOS (₱18, 285, 288.98) being the ABC to payments under the contract for PROVISION OF INTERNET CONNECTIVITY SERVICES IN PUBLIC PLACES (PICS-PP) IN THE PROVINCE OF ILOCOS NORTE VIA FIBER OPTIC CABLE (FOC) TECHNOLOGY - PHASE 3 with Bid Reference No. R1-2024-11-173. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.
