Request for proposals are invited for Provision of Internet Based Network Solution to the African Development Bank, South Sudan Country Office.

Evaluation will be conducted based on quality and price according to the criteria published in the Invitation
to Bid as outlined below:-

The Bank shall organize a site visit and pre-bid meeting. The site visit and pre-bid meeting which is not
mandatory for all bidders will be held on 19th November 2019, at 10.00 hours South Sudan Local time at the UNDP Compound, Ministries Roads, P.O. Box 622, Juba, South Sudan. 7. Questions for the site visit and pre-bid meeting shall be submitted to tender_rdge@afdb.org by 20th

8. The Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes delivered at the address below, the closing date is
29th November 2019 at 15.00 hours South Sudan local Time. The envelopes should be clearly
