Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Independent Technology Consultant (ITC).
The ITC will support the purchase of a Publishing System/Content Management System (PS/CMS). The Consultant shall also be a member of the procurement evaluation committee. As such he/ she needs to ensure that the best vendor is selected considering functional and non-functional requirements and cost. The Consultant shall work with Vision Group`s implementation team to ensure solution delivery is accurate and timely. The total duration of this exercise is to last no more than 5 months.
