Tender are invited for Provision Of Helpdesk Services For Ifad Client Portal
Discription: Description The purpose of this Tender is to request proposals for 24/7 helpdesk 1ST level support by email in three languages: English, French and Spanish. The prospective Contractor will work with IFAD-s internal Staff to provide helpdesk services to the IFAD Client Portal (ICP). It is expected that the helpdesk service be provided from a remote location and not necessarily from IFAD Headquarters.
