FLIGHT COST PER HOUR:
1. Scheduled maintenance (rate per hour)
2. Emergency breakdown services (rate per hour)
3. Bakkie (rate per km)
PRICES ABOVE MUST BE INCLUSIVE OF THE
FOLLOWING, OTHERWISE CLEARLY INDICATING
EXCLUSIONS:
➢ Helicopter
➢ Pilot
➢ Fuel
➢ Insurance for MTC personnel
➢ Responsibility for all paperwork
➢ Lodging cost for the pilot
➢ Lodging cost for the driver in case of a bakkie used
➢ Fuel, insurance to the usage of the bakkie
