Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Hardware – Building Materials

Restriction: Interested parties should submit their Registration and any other supporting document(s), in sealed envelope clearly labelled “Registration of Suppliers” and addressed to the CEO – Polytechnics Mauritius Ltd Reduit Triangle, Moka 1808-14. Job contractors’/ Consulting firms which are duly registered with Local Authorities/ Recognised Regulatory Bodies or Institutions should submit appropriate certificates altogether with their submission. Prospective supplier may choose more than one category, but they should mention their core activity (For example; Supplier of Bush Cutter and Maintenance of Bush Cutters, Supplier of Bush Cutter is core activity and maintenance is non-core activity (Aftersales service) PML reserves the right to request additional information and a visit to your premises for further evaluation/supplier appraisal. PML reserves the right to select the most reliable suppliers or annul the whole exercise without any obligation to inform those who have shown interest and/or provide any ground of its action. PML reserves the right to proceed with Open Advertised Bidding in spite of this expression on interest. To support qualifying criteria, the following documents should be submitted: 1. Registration: Legal documentation of registration, VAT certificates, BRN valid trading licence, CIDB valid Certificates for contractors in MEP, construction & related fields, Registration for each trades specific to the services mentioned
above. 2. Experience: Description of ongoing projects and references where similar services/ business relationships are being provided for the last 5 years. 3. Staffing: Bidder should submit evidence, employed by the companies participating both full time. Staffs having the related skills, experience and registered with the related authorities/councils for the
services mentioned above. 4. Financial Statement: Annual turnover/cash flow and/or other relevant information for the last financial year.
