Description : The International Telecommunication Union (``ITU``) issues the present Invitation to Bid for the appointment of a company for the provision of Hardware and Software for the establishment of a CIRT in Malawi. This bid will also be used to shortlist vendors for similar future projects within ITU`s Cyber Security Program. For more information about the detailed equipment to be provided please see Part IV to the Invitation to Bid (``Technical Specifications``). The Invitation to Bid is issued by means of a secured web-based e-tendering tool (In-tend) which is interfaced with the United Nations Global Marketplace (UNGM).
