Expression of Interest are invited for Provision of Fixed and Movable Bollard & Turnstiles

1. Fixed and Movable Bollard Specification
Movable Bollard (with handle, hole or other moving accessories on it)
Protection level K12/M50
With a simple and straight forward installation and Maintenance free
Provision of specification of barriers with pictures and color choices
Height above road 1000mm
Foundation depth 1.3 m
Bollard Diameter 270mm
The fixed bollard must block a lane permanently from high security risk area with the cutting edge security product.
Fixed bollard must have LED lights, Hot deep galvanized with stainless steel cover.

2. Turnstiles
Specification for Outdoor Full Height Turnstiles.
General
Arm Full Height Single Turnstiles with standard dimensions
For controlling movement and establishing a line of defense inside or outside the building
Should have enough amount of walk through space and a higher level of security
At least a million operations between service intervals
High explosive proof grade; can withstand dynamic impact of 150kg or more.

Mode of Operation:
They should be bi-directional.
Passage both directions should be electronically controlled
On receiving a signal from the access control system, the mechanism should be able to unlock, and the arms can be pushed to pass through the gate in the authorized direction
Different operation modes should be able to set up for each passing direction:
o Controlled passage o Blocked o Free passage

Security and Safety Features
They should have padded foot protection on the bottom arms
They should be able to be easily unlocked in case of emergies to allow for unimpeded passage
Anti-reverse rotation during transit
Self-centering to reset position
Action lock preventing two passages at one time Status Light
It should have LED display to show the status of the turnstile operation.
Flashing Red Cross and Audible Alarm (Fraudulent condition)
The arms should be released for one rotation of 90 or 120 degrees (movement to allow one pedestrian entry/exit) by activation signal from access control system
The Turnstile Arm Spacing is designed to ensure a single entry/exit per legitimate activation signal.
Internal Mechanisms return the rotor to the locked position after each rotation
