Special Conditions: A COMPULSORY site clarification meeting will be held at 11:00, on 2021-11-24 at the Hillcrest Wastewater Treatment Works, located in Mhlatuzana River Valley between the M13 Highway and Hillcrest. Access is via a gravel road off Shongweni Road. The GPS co-ordinates for the Hillcrest Wastewater Treatment Works are 29°47, 653-S, 30°45.363-E.
Due to the condition of the gravel road, Tenderers are advised to travel in a vehicle with good ground clearance or a vehicle that is suited for off road travel. As inclement weather may affect access to the site. Tenderers are advised to contact the Employer by telephone or e-mail two days prior to the date of the meeting to confirm whether or not the clarification meeting would still be taking place.
