Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision of Dynamic Monitoring Service.

The amount of bid bond shall be USD100, 000. Tender fee: USD100.

CONTRACTOR shall perform comprehensive pressure dynamic surveillance and data interpretation both for vertical wells and horizontal wells, and some additional engineering-s lick line job which include but not limited to the following:

i. Providing personnel and equipment for the operation and data analysis services.

ii. Dynamic Testing Item

1. Flow Pressure And Flow Temperature Gradient Testing;

2. Static Pressure And Static Temperature Gradient Testing;

3. Oil-Producer Pressure Build-up;

4. Water-Injector Pressure Fall-off;

5. Systematic Well Testing

6. Interference well Testing

7. Bottom Hole Static/Flow Pressure Long Term Monitoring

8. Flow level detect

9. Opening or Closing Sliding Sleeves

iii. Slickline engineering application

1. Drift Tubing

2. Scale removing

3. Y-TOOL Plug fishing and installation

4. Others slickline unregular operation(optional)

iv. Eccentric multi-layers Injection Testing Item

1. Running or Pulling Water Nozzle and profile measure

2. Examining Seal or Flow Rate Testing per Layer

3. Stratified Pressure Testing per Layer

2. The winner of the tender should pay all announcing fee.

3. The amount of bid bond shall be USD100, 000.00

4. If the bidder is willing to participate in this project, please submit USD100 to purchase ITB documents and submitting proposal before Iraq time 4:00 PM on Oct 8, 2019.

5. All bidders should submit their technical proposal, commercial proposal and bid bond which sealed separately before Iraq time 4:00 PM on Oct 8, 2019.

6. Iraq local company should submit:

A - Submit copy of all registration documents belonging for the Company and Color copy of Valid ID (Ministry of Planning ID or Chamber of Commerce ID) along with their proposal. Bidders commit to provide all original documents before receiving our Letter of Award.

B - Submit Non-Preventions from General Tax Office valid until the end of 2018
