Additional Description:-The Connecticut Department of Public Health (DPH) Newborn Screening (NBS) program is seeking proposals from CT Hospitals to provide diagnostic, treatment and genetic counseling services to infants who have a positive NBS result for a genetic, endocrine, immune, peroxisomal or hemoglobin disorder and to provide consultation to the CT NBS program. A total of $1, 691, 925 is available to support up one (1) award for a (3) year period from 7/1/18 to 6/30/21, subject to the availability of funds.
