Description : Able to design, develop and deliver the five-day face-to-face course on `Designing and Facilitating Local Dialogue and Community Mediation Processes` in Spanish; To apply different participatory methodologies, such as interactive presentations and discussion, illustrated by case examples, group work, practical skills training and roles plays. To ensure participants work in regional groups to assess the situation in their area of work, analyse conflicts they have previously identified, and elaborate an initial process design for a real case dialogue or mediation process. To facilitate a discussion among participants about the roles UNVMC local teams can take in promoting, supporting, convening and facilitating local dialogue and mediation processes. To involve UNVMC leadership on a discussion about the challenges and opportunities for local dialogue and mediation, as well as potential roles for the UNVMC.
