Description : This requirement is made in order to establish a long-term contract, with an initial period of one year, with the possibility of extending two additional periods of one more year each. The objective of the contract is to acquire, on request, emblematic items to be used inside the offices of the regional headquarters of the United Nations Verification Mission, that is, several deliveries will be requested according totheir needs and consumption during the three years of the contract. The supplier must strictly maintain the use of the United Nations logo. TRANSLATION: Actual requirement is for a long term agreement with an initial period of one year and possibility to extend for two additional periods of one-year each. Aim of the contract is to allow us to acquire the visibility vest, caps and Colombian flags according to our needs and consumption levels along the three years contract. Vendor should be capable to keep confidentiality of the UN logo.
