The Assignment concerns the provision of a customer management and invoicing system with respect to the purchase of electricity and natural gas as well as the purchase of injection with regard to generated electricity. This System must be flexible and fully operational for the Belgian markt, meet all requirements to be able to supply electricity and natural gas at the lowest possible operating and maintenance costs. The assignment includes 2 partial assignments.
