Description : Tender description: The consultancy objectives for the CPM are to monitor the Executing Agency (EA) programme implementation in Cambodia for the Global Sanitation Fund, to verify EA's compliance with its contractual TOR, to oversee EA's due diligence on the use of funds and the application of systematic regulations and rules of the EA in implementing the funds, and finally, to provide professional and independent recommendations to the GSF.-----IMPORTANT NOTE: Interested vendors must respond to this tender using the UNOPS eSourcing system, via the UNGM portal.
