SUMMARY
The Elizabeth Glaser Pediatric AIDS Foundation (EGPAF), a nonprofit organization, is the world leader in the fight to eliminate pediatric AIDS. SCOPE OF WORK
EGPAF Mozambique intends to enter into Contracts (BOCs) to provide conference, accommodation and meals services. The Foundation will issue purchase orders with Fixed Price to the supplier offering the lowest Technically Acceptable Offer for the conference and / or accommodation services listed in the following locations / regions:

The proposed prices must be for one (1) year, and renewable for additional periods of one (1) year after agreement between the parties.
Each Location must be safe and take into account all security measures to ensure guest safety, including rotating security services, restricted / controlled access to individual rooms and rooms, and protection of account / payment information.
SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Proposals must be sent by e-mail to MozProcurementCommittee@pedaids.org, or delivered in a sealed envelope until 10/19/2018 at 5:00 pm at the Foundation's offices located at:

Price Schedule: The price will be quoted in MTN and must be delivered to the above mentioned address with all shipping costs, fees and duties included. The prices presented by the Bidder shall be firm and fixed during the fulfillment of the Purchase Order by the Bidder and not subject to variation. When submitting a price quote, bidders must include a confirmation that all specifications listed above will be met or exceeded.
• A list of at least two (2) recent supply contracts or Purchase Orders of a similar nature, including the names and addresses of Buyers for verification.
• Copy of each of the following:
o The valid Commercial License (Permit) o The TIN / VAT Registration Certificate
o The Certificate of Registration / Incorporation of the Company (Bulletin of the Republic)
Failure to provide any of the above Submission Requirements may disqualify the candidate from the final selection.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
The Foundation will accept the quote from the qualified supplier that is the Technically Acceptable Lowest Price (that is, the supplier provides the lowest price that provides goods / services that meet all the minimum required specifications listed in the scope of the work). This RFP is not an offer to enter into agreement with any party, but rather a request to receive quotations from people interested in providing the goods or services described in this RFP. Such quotations shall be considered and treated by the Foundation as offers to enter into an agreement. The Foundation reserves the right to reject all quotations, in whole or in part, enter into negotiations with any party, and / or award multiple contracts. Any exceptions to the requirements or terms of the RFP must be noted in the quotation. The foundationreserves the right to consider that the exceptions to the RFP are not appropriate.
o The Foundation shall not be obligated to pay any sums to any recipient of this RFP until and unless a written agreement between the parties is executed.
