Tenders are invited for Provision of Comprehensive Vehicle Casualty and Collision Insurance Cover (CASCO) for the Service Vehicles of European Union Border assistance Mission for Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM)_MD10-2018-043.

Overview:

The International Organization for Migration (hereinafter referred to as the IOM) invites qualified companies to participate within the tender for the Provision of

Comprehensive vehicle Casualty and Collision Insurance Cover (CASCO) for the Service Vehicles of the European Union Border Assistance Mission to Moldova and Ukraine (EUBAM).

The detailed specification and requirements for the executors are displayed in the list of requirements (which can be found on the website, in MC Word format).

The commercial and technical offers shall be in accordance with Terms indicated in Bidding document and shall include: the price list, along with the package of documents for the tender and shall be submitted personally or sent by post, in a sealed envelope, to the IOM, EUBAM Mission, at the following address: 36/1 Ciuflea Street, Chisinau, MD-2001, Moldovano later than 3:00 P.M., September 14, 2018. The proposals shall not be accepted after expiry of the deadline.

The commercial offer shall be presented in MDL or USD at VAT 0 rate, valid for at least 60 calendar days from the tender closing date. This fact shall be indicated in the given commercial offer.
