Quotation are invited for provision of Clearing and Forwarding Agent Services to SCI-Liberia country programs.

Save the Children is an International Humanitarian Organization that has been in Liberia since 1991. We are safeguarding children's rights through building safer organizations and enhancing children's participation at all levels of our work, Save the Children will support programmers in 6 of the 15 counties Montserrado, Bong, Grand Gedeh, River Gee, River Cess and Grand Bassa with focus program in: education, health & Nutrition and child protection* child rights governance and response to humanitarian emergencies.

Save the Children Liberia Country Office invites, your participation to submit quotation for the provision of Clearing and Forwarding Agent Services to SCI-Liberia country programs. The procurement shall be in accordance with the detailed specification/scope of work as indicated in the RFQ bid information document. The process is aiming to select clearing agents service provider and the selected service provider will sign a frame work agreement with Save the Children Liberia Program having a duration ranging from 1 year / 2 years and they shall thereafter be refer to as “Preferred Vendor”.

Detailed Specifications of service in relation to the above-mentioned are attach as an annex in the

RFQ Bidder’s Response document and shall constitute portion of the RFQ package.

Your tender response must be received in the following format:

? Full completion of the “Bidder’s Response” document in order that your bid may be regarded as compliant.

Those tenders returned not completed may be treated as void.

? Two hard copies of bid to be submitted on headed paper.

? Bids to be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to Save the Children's Offices, at the below address.

The envelope should indicate the RFQ reference number, but have no other details relating to the bid.

Your return tender must be received at the address below not later than November 16, 2018. ("the Closing Date"). Failure to meet the Closing Date may result in the tender being void. Returned bids must remain open for consideration for a period of not less than 60 days from the Closing Date. Save the Children is under no obligation to award the contract or to award it to the lowest bidder.

All Interested Applicants MUST submit a sealed bid offer to Save the Children's Office, Cocoanut plantation mamba point, Monrovia; dropped in the Tender Box all bids at the Office Reception on or before November 16, 2018
