Description : The United Nations Economic Commission for Latin America and the Caribbean, UNECLAC, seeks qualified companies with local representation in Chile with at least 8 years' experience in the field, to provide Cleaning and Related Integral Support Services, at its Headquarter's premises in Santiago, Chile. Descrition of Services: The cleaning and integral support services contract has been configured to work as a personnel shifting system for the maintenance of five buildings, one cafeteria, one auditorium, one general services and one publishing building, in addition to the parking area and bathrooms for each area. The general coordination of the services will be undertaken by UNECLAC's Facilities Management Unit. Contract will be granted for a first fixed term of two (02) years, with the possibility of extension for two (02) additional periods of one (01) year each up to a four (04) year contract in total.
