As part of the development of its public transport network through the use of electric buses, the TEC is looking for an efficient Charge Management System (CMS) to optimize the management of the charging of its fleet of electric vehicles (+/- 500 buses and several dozen light vehicles by 2030). The market relates to the implementation in the TEC IT ecosystem of a CMS solution as well as the provision of subscriptions and/or licenses with their corresponding maintenance. In other words, this involves the purchase of the necessary subscriptions and/or licenses, the implementation of the solution (implementation of the CMS by means of parameterization, customization and development of the tool, on the one hand, and the implementation of the necessary integrations with the other information systems which constitute the TEC IT ecosystem) and the maintenance of a CMS solution, and possible new needs. The solution must meet the operational, technical and financial needs of the TEC while integrating effectively and efficiently into the TEC-s decarbonization program as well as its digital transformation plan, including its technical-architectural evolution.
