Description : 1. The UN International Residual Mechanism for Criminal Tribunals (IRMCT, Arusha Branch) seeks Expressions of Interest (EOI) from suitably qualified and experienced hoteliers, caterers, restaurant, business entities and companies operating a multicultural . 2. The vendor (s) will provide Cafeteria Services at UN-IRMCT Arusha Branch located at its premises in Kisongo, Arusha. 3. The Services shall be at cost-profit basis, and will be charged by the Contractor to the customer directly in cash. 4. The Contractor shall provide international and local cuisine and will provide the cafeteria services in conformity to internalional standards governing food quality and safety, storage, preparation, hygiene and service. The specifications of the requirement will be provided in the solicitation documents. 5. UN-IRMCT will provide the site with some equipment and which can be seen during the site visit to be organised during the solicitation process. The Service provider shall be responsible for providing additional equipment, material, supplies to fulfill the service requirement. 6. More details for the requirement will be included in the solicitation documents. 7. The proposed term of Contract/s shall be for an initial six(6) month period with an option to extend for an additional three (3) months of one (1) month each ("1st, 2nd and 3th Optional Extensions") at the sole discretion of the IRMCT and subject to the satisfactory performance of the Contractor 8.
