Description: 1. The subject of the order is the provision of brokerage services in the field of booking and purchase of hotel services in the country and abroad for the purposes of organizational cells of the Senate Chancellery, including:

- Accommodation of senators, employees of the Ordering Party or those indicated by the Ordering Party who are not employee employees, within national and foreign business trips, excluding delegations at the level of the Senate Marshal of the Republic of Poland;

- Accomodation of domestic and foreign guests from the Employer in the country, excluding visits to foreign delegations at the level of the Presidents of Parliaments or other persons covered by the protection of state protection services;

- Accommodation of other persons indicated by the Ordering Party in the country and abroad.

2. The Contractor is obliged to carry out reservations in at least two hotel booking systems (GDS), e.g. Amadeus, Galileo, Worldspan or Sab ...
