Description : As part of the Leadership Development plan the HR project team is looking for a solution to assess leadership skills against the ICC Leadership competency framework.



Objectives



The objectives of this assignment are to: identify leadership development needs; and create individual development and coaching plans. Developmental 360`s will support the Court in its way of continues improvement:

Increase leaders self-awareness and focus on personal development;

Provide cost effective and efficient solutions for leadership development according to identified needs;

Increase staff engagement;

Improve organizational performance and culture.



The successful vendor will develop and provide a valid and reliable Developmental 360 tool with the ability to adapt to ICC specific requirements; advise and train the HR Project Team on the most effective ways to communicate Developmental 360s methodologies, results and how to prepare for and lead feedback conversations.



In total the Court has 150 staff in different leadership levels: team and project leaders (

100), managers of team leaders (

50), and executives (optional) (6). The goal is to provide Developmental 360 to this target group over the next 2 years (approximately 75 leaders in the year).
