Tender Details

Tenders are invited for Provision and Installation of Security Devices and Network Switches for the Parliament of Egypt.

The African Development Bank (hereafter referred to as “The Bank”) wishes to invite for Bids from experienced companies for the Provision and installation of security Devices and network switches to be deployed to the Parliament of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

2) Evaluation will be conducted based on the published criteria in respective bidding documents. Pass /Fail evaluation criteria

i. Bidders must originate from one of the Bank’s member countries.

ii. The bidder shall have a minimum of three years’ experience working with organizations of similar size.

iii. Financial Standing with an average turnover of at least EGP 10, 000, 000 EGP per annum for the last three years 2015, 2016 and 2017

iv. The bidder shall have Implemented 3 similar projects

v. The bidder shall have silver, golden or platinum status from the manufacturer

vi. The bidder must attending a mandatory site visit

vii. Compliance with technical criteria indicated in the ITB

3) Bidders MUST attend a mandatory site visit and Pre-Bid conference that will take place on 25 July 2018 at the Parliament premises at 9.00 am

4) The Bids shall be submitted in sealed envelopes delivered at the address below by Monday 13th August 2018 at 3.00 pm The envelopes should be clearly marked:
