Tenders are invited for Provision of Air Travel Services.
3. Service Providers wishing to be considered for prequalification should submit letters of application for prequalification together with the following prequalification documents:
a. Signed application letter for pre-qualification.
b. Comprehensive company profile with information on key staff and verifiable physical and postal addresses.
c. Copy of valid business registration certificate.
d. Evidence of tax registration and compliance in Malawi.
e. For car hire service providers, list of vehicles registered in the name of the firm plus copies of vehicle registration documents.
f. Copy of current registration certificate with industry regulators.
g. Copy of PPDA registration certificate.
h. Detailed experience profile plus reference letters specific to this tender and addressed to the Polytechnic.
i. | Audited accounts or bank statement of accounts for the last one year.
j. Signed and stamped application letter for prequalification.
k. An indication of the region of the Provider's operation (North, Centre or South).
4. Sealed applications clearly marked “Prequalification of Service Providers” must be deposited in the Tender Box placed at the Polytechnic Porters Lodge to the address below. This should be before or at 10.00 am on 7thFebruary, 2020 and this shall also mark the opening time for bids where bidders or their appointed representatives shall be free to attend. Late applications shall be rejected.
