The subject of the order is to ensure the correct, optimal and uninterrupted operation of the Municipal Volunteering Portal System by Volunteering (https://lodkawolontariatu.pl), in particular: 1. removing errors in the System and Documentation, 2. ongoing system maintenance in production and test environments the Ordering Party, including supervision over its availability and data integrity, 3. providing updates to the System, including external libraries and software equivalent to them, Fh, 4. providing technical support and warranty services for the System, in accordance with § 6 of the Agreement, 5. granting a license for updates System and updates of Source Codes in accordance with the principles specified in section 7 of the Agreement, 6. maintaining and updating all elements of the production and test environment7. and possible provision of System development services under the option law. A detailed description of the subject of the order can be found in Appendix No. 1 to the SWZ, a public and confidential part (point 37 of the SWZ) and in the contract template, Appendix No. 11 to the SWZ.
