Description:
UNTSO has a requirement for the provision of up to 23 HP printing, photocopying and scanning devices for its offices in Jerusalem, Ramallah and Tiberius headquarters for a period of four years with an option to extend for a further one year. This service should provide just in time replenishment of spare parts, on-site maintenance, repairs as well as a print management solution for control of devices and users. The vendor must be an authorized HP provider/service center with its own project management, technical and support staff.
