Description : The United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) invites any qualified enterprise to meet its needs to submit a sealed proposal for:

Proposal (1) for the identification of services that accompany, assist, protect and support adolescents and young people in their sexual and social relationships (social protection, information, counseling, guidance, education, communication andin health, psychological, security or legal charge), (2) and development and intelligence of an electronic database that can be exploited via a smartphone application and that references the various structures, private or public, offering services that adolescents can use. and young people in two cities in six countries in West and Central Africa.
