Expression of Interest are invited for Provide Services Related to the Preparation of the Strategic Plan for the Period 2020-2024.

The General Management of the African Society of Biofuels and Renewable Energies (SABER-ABREC), a company under Togolese law with a Board of Directors with headquarters in Lomé in the Togolese Republic, whose capital is held by 15 States and 05 Financial Institutions, invites Cabinets to express their interest in providing services related to the development of its
strategic plan for the period 2020-2024.

SABER-ABREC specializes in the promotion and development of renewable energy and energy efficiency projects in sub-Saharan Africa.

Eligible providers are legally established private law firms specializing in management, organization and corporate strategy.

Interested consultants are invited to submit their applications to provide the services described above. They must produce information on their abilities and experience demonstrating that they have the skills required to perform these services (documentation, reference of similar services, experiences in comparable missions, etc.).
