Tenders Are Invited For Providing Distance Learning Points of Interest: 1. Please separate the value added tax from the value of the project in your bid. 2 - Please pricing on the Ministry of Finance system. 3 - The Ministry has the right to divide the business according to need and requirements, and once participating in the practice, the company approves the division of labor. Evaluation Criteria: - Evaluation Criteria Facility (90% success rate) General Feedback: - Once you sign up, you acknowledgeThe Council's decision No. (4) for the year 2019 and its annexes are to be approved and all the items and laws of the Ministry must be approved The participating companies must include their prices and pricing of each item on the federal financial system. The technical offer must be attached separately from the financial offer in the financial system The Federation shall include the following two offers: - Stamp the company with a copy of the bank guarantee Financial offer: All costs in detail and the offer sealedOn the system. - Technical presentation: in detail with the pictures to ask for it. - No manual offer will be received except bank guarantee. Other Documents The participating companies must attach the following documents: - A copy of the commercial license of your company, the partners' annex (provided that the license activity coincides with the project). - Authorization book for preventionP on contracts on behalf of the company certified by notary.
