The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Camarines Sur, through the National Expenditure Program (NEP), intends to apply the sum of Three Hundred Eighty-Six Thousand Pesos Only (Php 386, 000.00) being the Approved Budget for the Contract (ABC) to payments under the contract Implementation of the Enhanced National Greening Program (ENGP) - Protection and Maintenance of Established Plantation (PMEP) Year 3- for CY 2022: 77.2 ha. (Fruit Trees/ Other Fruit) at San Isidro/Bagangan Jr. Lupi. Camarines Sur with Identification Number PCS-2022-ENGP-054. Bids received in excess of the ABC shall be automatically rejected at bid opening.

2. The Provincial Environment and Natural Resources Office of Camarines Sur now invites bids for the above Procurement Project with scope of work as follows:

I. Seedling Production/Procurement

II. Patrol Works and Removal of Vines

III. Strip or Circular Brushing/Cultivation/Ring Weeding or Pressing in Cogonal Areas

IV. Replanting including application of Mycorrihiza, hauling and replacement of stakes) ...
