The Philippine Postal Corporation invites qualified Contactor/supplier to participate in the sealed/open quotation for the:

Specifications:

1. Design- ( Please see attached CD and Lay-out)

2.Printing Technique- offset lithography, four colors

3. Paper- Security substrate, guaranteed exclusively milled security paper for Phlpost, 110+ 5% gsm, 21% or below decaying percentage, non-curling, unwatermarked invisible phosphorescent security feature, embedded security fibers, estimated quantity 100% utilized during printing, estimates 10% of printing errors.

4. Ink- special offset ink (process ink), phosphorescent ink for security feature.

5. Packaging- 100 pieces per bundle, vaccum packed bundle.

6. Adhesive- Food grade, starch-based strength of adhesivenes





The Approved Budget for the Contract is PhP126, 103.00 sourced from the Corporate Fund. Payment term is ninety (90) days upon receipt of Sales Invoice (VAT INCLUSIVE).



Accredited suppliers shall personally obtain the specifications on the canvass forms from the PROCUREMENT DIVISION, Logistics and Property Management Department, 4th Floor Main on the day following the date of this invitation



Deadline for submission of bid with attached eligibility documents (Certificate of Philgeps Registration, Tax Clearance, Mayor-s Permit and Omnibus Sworn Statement) will be on 25

November 2019 at 9:00 A.M.



The Philippine Postal Corporation reserves the right to reject any and all bids, declare a failure of bidding, or not award the contract at any time prior to contract award in accordance with section 41 of RA 9184 and its IRR, without thereby incurring any bidder liability to the affected bidder or bidders.
