Tenders are invited for Proposed New National Security Services - Head Quarters - Access Control, CCTV Cameras and Smoke, Fire Detection and Alarm System

Site Inspection: A mandatory site inspection will be held on 25 June 2018 at 10:00. The bidders must assemble at site located in old Europa next to Red Cross Headquarters along Mobile road. Screening process by National Security Services from Monday 02 July to Thursday 26 July 2018
Restriction: Compliance Criteria I) Copy of Tax Clearance Certificate certified at Source. ii) Copy of Trader's License Certified at Source. iii) Vet for Security Compliance by National Security Services (NSS). Evaluation Criteria: A refundable bid security in the form of Bank Guaranteed Cheque or Letter from accredited Financial Institutional Licensed by Central Bank of Lesotho endorsed with in Revenue stamp as shown in the table below. (b) All schedules in the Bills of Quantities must be completed in full; (iii) The contractor to submit original and complete copy of BOQ inclusive of all tender information supplied (i, e drawings etc. Late tender or evidence or telexed or faxed tenders will reject. Any tender and is not bound to accept any tender with the lowers price offer. Late submissions will not be accepted. Bid Security: M20, 000.00. Eligibility: Access Control, CCTV, Cameras, Intruder, Detection and Alarm smoke Fire Detection and Alarm Systems Contractors Listed with MOPW&T Bids.
