Note:

1. Edited and in High Definition formats

2. Must use licensed music

3. Final Video & Raw Materials must be stored in external hard drive

4. Final edited videos must be minimum of 3 minutes and maximum of 15 minutes

*all materials will be owned by the Province of Samar



Requisitioning Office: Office of the Governor

Bid Forms may be secured from the Secretariat, Bids and Awards Committee starting November 5, 2019. Please submit in person or authorized representative your quotation. The last day of submission of quotation is on November 8, 2019 not later than 5pm.

The Provincial Government of Samar reserves the right to accept or reject any or all quotations and impose additional terms and conditions it may deem proper.
