Tenders are invited for Promotional Materials within the Project "Civil Society Contributes to the Social and Economic Development of the Country".

Starting with January 1, 2018, with the financial support of the European Union, the East European Foundation, in partnership with the European Business Association, HelpAge International, Development Partnership Center and Center for Innovation and Social Development, implements the project "Civil Society Contributes to Social and Economic Development of the country ".



The project, with a duration of 32 months, aims to contribute to the social and economic development of the Republic of Moldova through the active involvement of civil society and other stakeholders, taking into account the provisions of the Association Agreement with the European Union, which includes the Free Trade Zone Deep and Comprehensive.



Under the project, the East European Foundation plans to develop promotional materials for "European Village 2019" to participate in Europe Day 2019.



The purpose of this contest is to identify and then contract a company to produce and produce promotional materials, according to the FEE task, in the context of Europe Day, to be held in May 2019.

The Contractor shall carry out his work under the direct supervision of the Foundation. The Contractor will work outside the EEF's office and will participate in meetings aimed at carrying out the tasks. The structure and content of the promotional materials mentioned above



The deadline for performance of the contract and the delivery of the products, according to the Technical Task, is 03 May 2019, with delivery to the Foundation's office.



Requirements for financial offer:

Note: The project "Civil society contributes to the social and economic development of the country" is registered in Government Decision # 246 of 08.04.2010 on the application of the fiscal and customs facilities related to the implementation of the ongoing technical and investment assistance projects falling under the incidence of international treaties to which the Republic of Moldova is a party. Purchases made by the Foundation under this project are exempt from VAT with deduction. The package of supporting documents will be submitted on request.



The contractor will prepare the financial offer using the exact technical task and tables included above, respecting the exact technical parameters in the table.



Selection criteria for the tenderer:

• Competitive price, including price-quality.



The application will include:

• Copy of company registration certificate;

• A commercial offer that will include the price and representative image of the unit-product,

including the total amount for the quantities of products listed in the table above;



• Samples / Portfolio of similar visibility materials made previously;

• Terms of delivery of products;
