Notice of Proposed Procurement (NPP): project: tender_11407 - food and beverage services at huronia historical parks

the ministry of tourism, culture and sport invites prospective concessionaires to submit bids for the provision of food and beverage services to operate:

- restaurant sainte-marie located at sainte-marie among the hurons, midland, ontario; and

- captain roberts` table located at discovery harbour, penetanguishene, ontario.

the selected concessionaire will be required to enter into an agreement with the ministry for the provision of the deliverables in the form attached as attachment #2 agreement with the ministry to provide food & beverage services. the agreement has been drafted for the operation of both of the following restaurants:

restaurant sainte-marie

sainte-marie among the hurons

16164 highway 12

midland, on l4r 4k8

captain roberts` table

discovery harbour

93 jury drive

penetanguishene, on l9l 1g1

the agreement would be modified as necessary to apply to the operation of one restaurant if the successful concessionaire bids on one restaurant only. (note: two concessionaires may be selected if submissions are for separate licensed premises.)

the term of the agreement is to be for a period of three (3) years with an option in favour of the ministry to extend the agreement on the same terms and conditions for two (2) additional terms of up to one (1) year each. it is anticipated that the agreement will be executed on or around august 26th, 2019 with an effective date of october 1st, 2019.
