Project implementation support for the karakol water project
the overall objective is to facilitate the timely and effective implementation by providing assistance. By engaging the consultant, it is expected that the client will have access to international best practice in the field of project management, including procurement of works, goods and services, as well as advice on specific technical issues including environmental and social requirements.the consultant will provide assistance in procurement of works and goods completely in accordance with the procedures, specifications and documentation of the bank and pursuant to all other agreements stipulated in the loan agreements.it will provide assistance to the client but shall not take on the client`s responsibilities for the implementation of the project.
