Description: The contracting authority therefore intends to establish a dynamic purchasing system by means of this procedure, whereby the authorized entrepreneurs are each time invited from the electronic procurement platform to tender for the specific contract (tender) concerned. We distinguish two types of assignments:

1. process guidance for foundation research;

2. process guidance for foundation restoration.

When registering for admission to the DAS process guidance foundation approach, you can indicate whether you want to be invited for future assignments for foundation research, for foundation repair or for both.

Furthermore, it will continue to be possible for new entrepreneurs to be admitted to the system during the period of validity of the dynamic purchasing system, insofar as they meet the exclusion grounds and suitability requirements set out in this admission document.
