REPUBLIC OF CHAD MINISTRY OF AGRICULTURE STATE SECRETARIAT GENERAL SECRETARIAT RESILIENCE AND FOOD INSECURITY DEVELOPMENT PROJECT IN CHAD OPINION OF INTEREST CONSULTANT SERVICES Funding Method: Isla FinancingShariah compliant loan agreements n2CD0096; n2CD0097; n2CD0098 of 26 June 2014 Project Identification Number PTCD0081 The Government of the Republic of Chad has received funding from the Islamic Development Bank to cover the cost of the Resilient Development Project.and Food Insecurity in Chad (PDRLIAT), and intends to use part of the sums granted to finance consultant services. The Ministry of Agriculture through the Coordination of PDRLIAT invites Eligible Consultants to submit their applicationto provide the services defined below. The interested consultants must produce information on their ability and experience demonstrating that they are qualified for the services (documentation, reference of similar services, experience in comparable missions, availabilityibility of adequate skills among their staff, etc.). Experience in the following areas or tasks will be considered as a minimum requirement for the assignment: • baseline study (45 days); • Design and implementation of APS, ODA, development of micro-projects; • Control and supervision of the works (On the duration of the Project) The consultants can be candidates in the form of an association, validated by an agreement between the partners of the association, clearly indicating the type of association, it is ie a group of consultants, a formintermediary association or intent to subcontract. The selection will be in accordance with the procedures stipulated in the Guidelines for the Use of Consultants in the framework of projects financed by the Islamic Development Bank (May 2009 edition, revised in February 2012), available on the Bank`s website at www.isdb.org. Interested consultants may obtain the TDRs and additional information at the address given below at the following office opening hours: Monday to Thursday from 07:30 to 15:30, and on Fridayfrom 07:30 to 12:00 local time.
