Solicitation Description : The Texas Facilities Commission is requesting responses to this Request for Proposal for Project Controls & Management services to provide consultation and administrative professional services for Project #20-028-8011, for the successful execution and completion of new buildings and parking structures the Capitol Complex in Austin, Texas. TFC is seeking qualifications for a Project Management Professional (PMP) to provide a management solution that is lean, collaborative and owner‐centric while addressing the entirety of project planning, procurement, monitoring, management, reporting and implementation of the Capitol Complex Phase Two development, the “Project”. PMP proposals must address issues of compliance with the Capitol Complex Master Plan 2020 Update and proper management of the overall project goals from beginning to end, including a system‐wide approach for managing the risks and economic uncertainties associated with large, complex, capital design and construction projects.
