1. This Call for Tenders Notice follows the initial Notice of Publication published in Essor n ° 19305 of December 22, 2020.



2. The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure has scheduled under the budget 2021 financial years 2022, 2023 and 2024 funds to finance the construction project of the 4 th bridge on the Niger River in Bamako and the development of his ways access and intends to use part of these funds to eligible payments under the contract " Construction of the 4 th bridge on the Niger River in Bamako and development of its access roads, stage 1 ”.



3. The Ministry of Transport and Infrastructure invites sealed bids from eligible candidates meet the qualifications to perform the construction work of the 4 th bridge on the Niger River in Bamako and development of its access roads, stage 1, including the achievement of the main work of construction of the 4 th Bamako Bridge on the River Niger and part of its access roads from the RN 5 at Roundabout Golf ACI Baco Djicoroni and four (04 ) Exchangers.



The works include: Clearance of rights-of-way, Earthworks, roads, sanitation and drainage, signage and safety equipment, public lighting, environmental and social measures.



The works are divided into four (04) distinct lots as follows:



· Lot 1: Section S1 (PK0 + 00-PK0 + 200, exchanger RN5) and section S4 (PK1 + 814-PK2 + 160, exchanger n ° 2, starter right bank);

· Lot 2: Section S2 (PK0 + 200-PK0 + 900 and exchanger n ° 1, starter left bank) and Section S5 (PK2 + 160-PK3 + 00);

· Lot 3: Section S3 (Main bridge over the Niger river from PK0 + 900 to PK1 + 814);

· Lot 4: S6 (PK3 + 00-PK4 + 800, Exchanger n ° 3).
