Expression of Interest are invited for Programme for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in the Fisheries Sector: Aquaculture Component.

Aquaculture Sector Governance and Regulations

The Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (“MAFF”) - Fisheries Administration (“FiA”) of the Government of the Kingdom of Cambodia (GKC) has received a financing from the European Commission. The Commission has proposed to delegate part of its financial contribution to Agence Française de Développement ("AFD"), which has agreed to manage the financing under a delegation agreement.
FiA intends to use part of the funds thereof for payments under the following project: Programme for Sustainable and Inclusive Growth in the Fisheries Sector: Aquaculture Component (“CaPFish Aquaculture”).
The overall objective of the CaPFish Programme is to contribute to food security and socioeconomic development in Cambodia in order to enhance people`s livelihoods and the nation`s prosperity. The specific objective of CaPFish-Aquaculture is to ensure a more sustainable, climate-resilient and inclusive growth in the aquaculture sector.
The Fisheries Administration hereby invites Applicants to show their interest in delivering the Services described below:
Support to design and implementation of the monitoring and governance system of the aquaculture sector.
Services are planned for 28 months and estimated at a total of 94 experts-months.
All activities cannot be extended after November 2023.
This Request for Expressions of Interest is open to: Joint Venture between NGO(s) and consulting firm(s)
