summary

this request for proposal (rfp) is issued by the university of new brunswick

(hereinafter referred to as university or unb) for the acquisition of:

professional print service(s) of the following categories:

- business/office essentials

- large format and signage

- specialty and mailing

- branded merchandise and engraving

it is the intent of the university to create a qualified list of service providers.

for this reason, the university reserves the right to make a split award. the

duration of the award will be for a minimum two (2) year period, as detailed in

this request for proposals, with a possible one (1) year extension over three (3)

consecutive years.

to evaluate proponent proposals, the university will apply consistent principles

and criteria to ensure fair and equitable consideration of all proposals received

as long as said proposals meet the minimum requirements of the rfp. this will

ensure the proponent(s) most capable of fulfilling the requirements is successful

in retaining the contract.

pricing and applicable discounts are to remain firm for the duration of the

contract from the date of closing of the rfp. this will include all fees and applicable

charges as outlined in this rfp.

background

the university of new brunswick operates a mandated professional print center on

the fredericton campus. there are times when this print center may not offer a

specialized product/service or is running at full capacity and requires the

assistance of third party vendors.

this is a tender notice only. in order to submit a bid, you must obtain official

tender documents from the new brunswick opportunities network, another authorized

tendering service or as indicated in the tender notice.
