Production Plant Schaerbeek: Renovation of the centralized boiler room social building

The aim of the company is to replace the two oil-fired boilers with gas condensing boilers: • Two new gas condensing soil boilers of 180 kW each • Make a secondary collector with 3 mixed circuits and a direct circuit for domestic hot water • The production of domestic hot water is done in a semi-instantaneous manner • The regulation of the cascade of boilers is done via the regulation of the manufacturer of the boilers • The present company includes among others: '' evacuation of old oil boilers; o The placement and connection of two new gas condensing boilers. o Tubing of the chimney by a stainless steel pipe and a smoke collector in the boiler room. o Waterfall hydraulics; o Secondary collector (pump, v3v, valves, etc.) o Insulation of new pipes & accessories o Wiring of the cascade and secondary circuits o New electrical installation and regulation: o Electrical panel o Wiring o Regulation of secondary circuits via the boiler
