Tender Description: national competitive tendering1. the techiman municipal assembly (tema) intends to apple part of its budgetary allocation to fund eligible payments under contract, for the construction of the under listed projects:s/no contract package name and number mwrwh classification bid security1. construction of no. 3-unit classroom block with ancillary facilities at new techiman bar/tema/wks/nct/01/2009 d3k3 and above 2o% of tender price2. construction of no. 6-unit classroom block with wc toilet for kesse beshyia shs at techiman bar/tema/wks/nct/02/2019 d3k3 and above 2% of tender price3 construction of chip compound with nurse quarters at traa near techiman bar/tema/wks/nct/03/2019 d3k3 and above 2% of tender price4. drilling and mechanization of one (1) no. borehole bar/tema/wks/nct/03/2019 d3k3 and above 2% of tender price2. the techiman municipal assembly (tema) now, invites legible and interested bidders for the above project.3. an eligible tenderer shall be required to provide the following valid documents:a. gra tax clearance certificateb. ssnit clearance certificate c. labour certificate d. company registration certificate/certificate of incorporatione. certificate to commence businessf. mwrwh certificateg. evidence of registration with the public procurement authority (ppa)4. tendering will be conducted through the national competitive tendering (nct) procedures as specified in the procurement act 2003, act 663 and act 914 of 2016 as amended.5. interested and eligible tenderers may obtain further information from the procurement office, tema techiman and inspect the tender document at the same office between 8:30am to 5:00pm, from monday to friday, excluding statutory public holidays, from monday 1 3th may to friday 31st may, 2019.6. a complete set of tender document in english may be purchased by interested tenders on submission of a written application to the municipal co-ordinating director, tema techiman and upon a payment of a non-refundable fee of gh?200.00 for each set of document.7. a complete set of sealed tender. in addition to two (2) additional copies, in an envelope, must be delivered to the tender box at the address below on or before 10:00am, friday, 31st may 2019. tender shall be valid for a period of 150 days after deadline of tender submission.8. late tenders shall be rejected. tenders will be opened in the presence of tenderers or their representatives, who choose to attend the opening at the address below at 10:00am on 31st may 2019. all tenders must be accompanied by appropriate tender security indicated in the above table.municipal co-ordinating directortechiman municipal assemblyp.o. box 30techiman tel: 0352-22013
