1 Procurement of Venue, Meals and Accommodation for the LWUA-WD RTC Planning Conference & Enhancement Training to be conducted on December 5-6, 2018. Target participants of more or less 25 are from various Water Districts.



The hotel must have strong internet connection for workshop requirements.



TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1 As a government agency, LWUA shall deal only with legitimate suppliers/contractors which issue BIR-registered official receipts.

2 Bidders shall provide correct and accurate information/date.

3 Price Quotation/s, denominated in Philippine Peso shall be inclusive of applicable taxes and shall be firm and valid for a period of thirty (30) calendar days from the date of receipt of quotation and shall be binding within the period.

4 Quotations exceeding the Approved Budget for the contract shall be rejected.

5 Bidders shall submit with the quotations the technical brochures of the facility being offered and the PHILGEP'S Certificate of Registration.

6 Award of contract shall be made to the lowest calculated and responsive quotation.

7 Any erasures or overwriting shall be valid only if they are properly signed by the bidder or any of his/her duly authorized representative/s.

8 LWUA shall have the right for site inspection and food tasting to confirm their conformity to the required specifications.

9 Check payment in favor of the winning bidder shall be processed after completion of the contract/services and upon presentation of the billing statement and the required supporting documents.

10 Failure to comply with Terms and Condition of the contract will result in the payment of the corresponding penalties/liquidated damages in the amount equal to 10% of the contract prices by the winning good/service provider.

Note: Request For Quotation may be acquired by interested Bidder's starting November 20, 2018 from the BAC Secretariat . This shall be received personally by the prospective bidder or by his/her duly authorized representative.
